We know that the dining experience is one of the most important parts when you stay with us at Hotel Villa Långbers, at the top of Tällberg. Our head chef Jakob Mathiasson composes the menu according to the ingredients the season has to offer. The kitchen mixes traditional Swedish food culture and the best from all corners of the world. We are part of Taste av Dalarna where the members protect the local producers.

A la carte

At Villa Långbers, we have a passion for the local and authentic. Our menu is a tribute to Dalarna's rich pantry, with selected delicacies such as meat from Siljan Chark and the historically rich Rättvik pea. A la carte menu is usually served Thursday to Saturday during the year, with exception for december when we serve Christmas smorgasbord. Other days we offer a fixed menu. 

Lounge menu

While waiting for the restaurant to open, you can take part of our lounge menu where we offer a selection of delicious small dishes. Settle down in one of our beautiful environments with a board game.

Christmas smorgasbord

Our traditional Christmas buffet is offered on selected days during the period 22th of November until 21th of December. The evening begins with mulled wine in the hotel's historic room, followed by dinner with classic Christmas dishes. After you have enjoyed your meal, you are welcome to stay in our comfortable lounges to continue socializing and playing board games. We welcome larger groups every day on request. See available times in our table reservation or contact us for booking larger groups.

Wednesday - Thursday SEK 595 per person.
Friday - Saturday SEK 745 per person.
Child price 4-12 years SEK 175.
