We know that the dining experience is one of the most important parts when you stay with us at Hotel Villa Långbers, at the top of Tällberg. Our head chef Jakob Mathiasson composes the menu according to the ingredients the season has to offer. The kitchen mixes traditional Swedish food culture and the best from all corners of the world. We are part of Taste av Dalarna where the members protect the local producers.
