Traditional Christmas buffet
Together with our producers around Dalarna, we have created a Christmas buffet with local connections. Ingredients that are not available locally have been carefully selected from neighboring counties, always with a focus on quality. This year's Christmas buffet is our tribute to Dalarna, to Sweden, and to the timeless tradition of gathering around good food.
We recommend taking your time over the meal, which is served in seven courses, so that the flavors and craftsmanship can be fully appreciated.
