Composing a drink menu requires passion och knowledge. At Villa Långbers, we have focused on feminine, organic and locally produced products for a long time. We are also very proud to be able to offer local beer from microbreweries in Dalarna.
Wine from Europe
On Villa Långber's wine list, you will find several female wine producers. We want to show you, our dear guests, that there are an incredible number of women with a "nose" for scents, tastes, breaks, combinations and, not least, knowledge. We primarily prioritize wines from Europe for sustainability reasons.
Beer and Gin from Dalarna
We love the local and are happy to support small-scale producers in our region. In the range you will find beer from Oppigårds in Hedemora and Dalabryggeri in Rättvik as well as gin from Dala Destilleri in Dala-Järna and Stjernsund Brygghus in Stjärnsund.
Spill – sustainable spirits in your glass
In our bar, you will now find Spill, an award-winning spirits series from Gotland Spirits, created from 100% recycled food.
Using food waste from shops and coffee roasters, they have succeeded in producing pure vodka, smooth coffee liqueur and fresh limoncello, all with a clear focus on sustainability and great taste.
We are delighted to be able to serve these drinks here at the top of Tällberg. A conscious choice for those who want to enjoy themselves with a clear conscience.
