Summer at The Verandan is all about settling in and staying a while.

With views over Lake Siljan, we serve cocktails, local cheeses and charcuterie, as well as pizzas with Nordic flavours. Here, sunny afternoons blend into long summer evenings in a relaxed atmosphere where it is just as easy to stop by for a drink as it is to stay for the entire evening. On the lawn, you will find fun summer garden games.

Nordic Citrus
Sea buckthorn, lemon and soda.
A fresh and vibrant cocktail with bright notes of sea buckthorn and citrus. Lightly sparkling and perfect for a sunny afternoon.

Veranda Blossom
Elderflower, lime and ginger ale.
Floral, refreshing and full of summer character, with notes of elderflower and lime. An easy-drinking favourite for warm days and long evenings.

Långbers Rhubarb
Rhubarb, vanilla and lemon.
Smooth, tangy and creamy with flavours that capture the essence of a Swedish summer. Rhubarb meets vanilla and lemon in a perfectly balanced cocktail.

Tällberg Forest
Lingonberry, lemon and spruce shoots.
Berry-forward and refreshing with subtle herbal notes. Inspired by the forests surrounding Lake Siljan and the flavours of the Swedish countryside.

Non-Alcoholic
All cocktails are also available in non-alcoholic versions.

Opening Hours

The Veranda is open daily from 2:00 PM to 10:00 PM. No reservations are required – simply drop by, take a seat and enjoy. Pizzas are unavailable between 6:00 PM and 8:00 PM. During this time, we invite you to explore our à la carte menu before the pizzas return later in the evening.
